- Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: Returns are permitted only if you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered.
- Non-Returnable Items: Products priced at ₹149 or below are non-returnable under any circumstances.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Place a Return Request
- Return Link: https://soulshinejewels.in/returns (Please replace with your actual return link)
- Requirements: Submit a return request by providing your Order Number and Registered Email Address/Mobile Number within 48 hours of receiving your product.
- Unpacking Video: You must provide an unpacking video clearly showing the condition of the product upon receipt. This video is mandatory to process your return request.
Step 2: Approval and Pickup
- Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
- Pickup Arrangement: We will arrange for the pickup of the product(s) from your location.
- Condition: Ensure that the product(s) are in their original and unused condition with intact packaging, including all tags and labels.
Important: Returns will not be processed if the product(s) are damaged due to mishandling or if they are shipped without original packaging.
- Charges and Refunds
A. Delivery Charges:
- Customer Responsibility: You will be charged for the return delivery costs unless the return is due to our error (i.e., wrong or damaged product delivered).
B. Refund Process:
For Online Pre-Paid Orders (Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI/Other Wallets):
- Refund Method: Reimbursement to the original payment source.
- Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to the same card used during the order placement.
- UPI Payments: Refunds will be transferred to the same UPI ID used during the order placement.
- Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned items in their original condition.
- Exclusions: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the refund amount will be calculated after deducting any discounts offered at the time of purchase.
- Process: Upon receiving your return, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of the parcel, and we will proceed to process your refund.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Refund Method: Store Credits only.
- Note: Refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment method.
- Timeline: Store credits will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product(s).
- Process: Once we receive your returned product(s), we will send you an email confirming the receipt of the parcel. Your store credits will be available for use on your next purchase.
Important:
- OTP Security: Do not disclose your OTP to the pickup partner until the order has been officially handed over to them.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will not be refunded, and the applicable refund amount will be calculated after deducting any discounts offered at the time of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items
- ₹149 or Below Products: Products priced at ₹149 or below are non-returnable.
- Customized or Personalized Items: These items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Earrings (For Hygiene Reasons): Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or discount promotion are non-returnable.
- Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer exchange services. However, if you prefer items in a different style, color, or size, you can:
- Return the Unwanted Item: Follow the return process outlined above.
- Place a New Order: Order the desired design, style, color, or size.
- Use Coupon Code: A coupon code will be provided upon processing your return, which you can use towards your new purchase.
