- If the warden, receptionist, or security personnel refuses the package, we cannot issue a refund or credit.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping charges.
- Courier services may charge penalties for mismatched addresses and PIN codes, which will be borne by the customer.
